Here are a few pictures of the custom hand made headers. Headers are now being offered and are custom built to order. A second truck has been purchased specifically for the purpose of being used as jig to ensure proper fit of all the parts being made.

1 7/8" primaries and 3" collectors are being used.

A slight modification to the frame on the driver's side will give a lot more clearance for exhaust. Here you can see the area marked.

From below you can see the bracket had been trimmed slightly, but now will get modified even more.

The remaining side has now been folded over.

Now there is a lot more space available! If you have a welder, you can weld the top seam. If you don't weld it, it will still hold up just fine.
