Next I moved to the front to remove the stock spindles and install the Bell Tech 2" drop spindles.

Here's one of the tires. You can see the tread is deformed due to broken belts. I'm glad I took the time to check for problems!

Here is another picture of the tire- it split after it sat in the sun for a few hours. I took the picture after I let the air out. Before I did that the steel belts could be seen in the crack.

I got carried away and installed the new spindles, brake pads and sway bar end links without taking pictures during the install.

The only adjustment I needed to make was to slightly bend the metal tube section of the brake hoses downward. They would have hit the upper ball joint nuts if I did not bend them.
